The Lore

A Mystery Lost for Centuries.
This Summer — It Returns.

Somewhere in the heart of the city, an island exists beyond the edge of every known map. Cartographers have left its space blank — not out of ignorance, but out of respect for something they could not explain.

"When the world grows still and the tide pulls away from shore, a signal stirs — a low, resonant hum, like a bell struck once at the bottom of the ocean. Those who heard it followed without knowing why. They found a chest, sealed with a lock that had no keyhole. They reached for it. And then — they were gone. No footprints leading away. No voices fading into the trees."

The signal first touched solid ground at The Origin Point — Kilometer Zero, where every road begins — before threading through the canal relays and eastern antennas of the city. Some, like The Still Ones, swear it was never a transmission at all, but a memory embedded in the earth itself — a frequency that never truly left.

Edmund Voss, founder of Aethon, declared: "Whoever retrieves what Zephyral has been guarding shall keep half of everything inside. No conditions. No contracts. Only the will to follow the signal."

The Expedition

Eight Teams Answered the Call

From across the city, eight crews stepped forward — each carrying their own banner, their own creed, their own reason to follow the signal.
